An important part of this album is contributed by two collections which make up the very personal selection of their owners, the artist's wife Zofia, and his son Tomasz. After their owners' deaths these works were put into the Sanok History Museum. The introductions by a distinguue is hed tenor Wieslaw Ochman, the artist's friend, and by Wieslaw Banach, the director of the Sanok History Museum, are completed by archive photographs from a private collection by Zdzislaw Beksinski, which haven't been published until now.From the Introduction - Wieslaw Ochman  "...A woman journalist once asked me what Beksinski was like. " A genius inpainting ," I said, "whose works were fascinating in the 20th centuryand will go on being fascinating in the 21st and later centuries." Inaddition he's an ordinary person but mysterious like his painting.
